Welcome to our woman only Brunch & Burn – a half day retreat.
This morning event is held at our venue; the stunning Bunkers Barn in the picturesque village of Stanbridge which is just outside the Market Town of Leighton Buzzard. Leighton Buzzard boasts a train line in/out of Euston London and up into the North of England and is close to the A5 and M1.
We (Amy, Sarah and Ali) are once again bringing together our individual talents and expertise to provide you with a gorgeous half day for both body and mind. Brunch & Burn will be full of gentle, invigorating, sweaty exercise, and include a yummy brunch!
We’ve built this half day event for any, and all women who wants, or needs, a moment in her busy week that’ll leave her feeling energised, powerful & reset!
Here is an outline of our Brunch & Burn and what is included;
🔸 9.30am Arrival to Brunch & Burn and a welcome juice shot
🔸 9.45am – 10.15am Low impact HIIT class led by Sarah
🔸10.15am – 11am Power flow Yoga class led by Ali
🔸11-12pm A yummy relaxed brunch!
🔸12 – 1pm Barre class led by Amy 
🔸1 -1.30pm A lovely relaxation & chill out class (yoga Nidra) led by Ali
🔸1.30-1.45pm Wake up and then home time!
Who is this amazing retreat for?
Busy women who are in need of some fun, relaxed not judgemental time just for her or to share with friends or family! You do not need to be a huge fitness fanatic to take part – all sessions will be bespoke and adaptable for those in attendance.

How Much is it?
Brunch & Burn half day retreat is £85. This includes all your classes, your brunch, all your other food (ie CAKE), all refreshments and your goodie bag/treats. You can pay for your place in one or two instalments.
What do I wear?
Just come in comfy workout clothing as we’ll be working out throughout the retreat, we do suggest layers and a change of clothing incase you work up a good sweat. Bringing some flip flops is also a great idea so you’re not having to get in and out trainers all day – all our workout classes are in bare feet or specialised grippy socks! Although all refreshments are included bringing a bottle of water for sips during the classes is a good idea – we will provide a refill station.
How do I book one of the limited places?
You need to complete our booking form found here. Complete this and upon confirmation you get access to a secure payment link. Payments are non refundable & are required prior to the event to complete your booking, there is an instalment option available to help make self care and some quality ‘you time’ more attainable. This an adult only event, we cannot reserve places and no refunds or swapping to other events are provided!
